Summary: Well appointed cottage with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Great selection of books. Comfortable beds. Modern kitchen, living and dining areas are spacious and there is plenty of cool furniture throughout the cottage for seating. A small deck out back to relax and watch the stars. A porch to sit out front and enjoy a morning coffee. Close to the Marine Parade for walks or rides along the coastal path. Shed for storage of bikes. Also plenty of off street parking. Hosts have thought of everything to make your stay at Magpie a breeze.

Summary: Very welcoming, recently renovated with everything we needed and more and very reasonably priced. Quiet neighbours and handy to shops and Marine Parade. Beds a bit firm for our taste but overall very much enjoyed our stay.

It’s clear the owners have put so much thought and care into every detail—everything felt brand new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with great taste. The home was stocked with a fantastic selection of books, board games, and high-quality kitchen appliances, which made it feel extra welcoming and comfortable. Summary: Fabulous home in downtown art deco Napier. Easy flat walk into town. The home was clean, super comfortable with board games and puzzles and books to read. We nearly hired some skates to skate along the boulevarde directly beside the beach! Great ice cream shop with 30 flavours. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thanks.
